How do I place an order? All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped in the order that they are received. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order, although most orders are received sooner. All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment or once your credit card has been authorized. CyberStamps.com ships orders via the U.S. Postal Service or private carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc…) for most ground and air deliveries, to help ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Some specialty items or backorder items may require additional time for delivery. You may check the status of your order by emailing our Customer Service team at support@CyberStamps.com. In the body of your message, please include your full name and address as they appear in your order summary. Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address? Unfortunately, not at this time. Due to issues of credit card fraud and identity theft, we will not ship orders to any address other than the billing address associated with your credit card. Do you ship internationally? Yes. Simply select the items you wish to order and be sure to enter your complete billing and mailing address.

How do I return an item? Please note: CyberStamps.com can not be held responsible for any fees associated with the return of your order, including but not limited to postage, shipping, international duties, taxes, return freight, and refused shipment return charges. In order to expedite a prompt refund, please insure your package with the United States Postal Service or other private carrier (i.e. FedEx or UPS).
