How do I place an order?
After adding an item to your shopping cart, simply click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, enter your credit card number and billing information, then specify a shipping address to which your order will be delivered. Click the "Next" button to confirm your order information, and click on the "Submit Order" button to place your order. It's that easy!

How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped in the order that they are received. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order, although most orders are received sooner. All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment or once your credit card has been authorized. CyberStamps.com ships orders via the U.S. Postal Service or private carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc…) for most ground and air deliveries, to help ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Some specialty items or backorder items may require additional time for delivery.
You may check the status of your order by emailing our Customer Service team at support@CyberStamps.com. In the body of your message, please include your full name and address as they appear in your order summary.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Due to issues of credit card fraud and identity theft, we will not ship orders to any address other than the billing address associated with your credit card.

Yes. Simply select the items you wish to order and be sure to enter your complete billing and mailing address.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards displaying the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos. When ordering, please be sure to provide your exact billing name and address-- this is the name and address listed on your credit card statement, which your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We accept checks and money orders submitted by postal mail. Checks may take approximately 1-3 weeks to process. Please send all checks and money orders by certified mail. CyberStamps.com will not be held be responsible for the loss of payments sent via postal mail.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
State law requires us to collect and submit sales tax on all merchandise (including shipping fees) for orders shipped within New York State, in which we are deemed to have a physical presence.

How do I return an item?
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is important to us and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return an item. CyberStamps.com accepts returns on items within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a refund to the original form of payment (i.e., credit or debit card) for the items purchased provided that they are received in the original packaging and in the same mint condition as they were shipped.
To return an item purchased from CyberStamps.com within 30 days of purchase, email our Customer Service team at support@CyberStamps.com for instructions.
Please note: CyberStamps.com can not be held responsible for any fees associated with the return of your order, including but not limited to postage, shipping, international duties, taxes, return freight, and refused shipment return charges. By placing your order, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.
In order to expedite a prompt refund, please insure your package with the United States Postal Service or other private carrier (i.e. FedEx or UPS). If you choose to return your order by insured mail, please request a confirmation of delivery number. By choosing either of these methods, you can track the location of your return shipment.
